As part of our planned September 10th meeting's American Pale Ale "Yeast Experiment", several members will be brewing 5 gallons of beer to be split off into 1 gallon batches that we plan on fermenting with 5 varieties of yeast. The brewing will take place on August 9th at member Justin Babcock's garage starting at 1 pm. We will send out a reminder later next week to those subscribed to the newsletter.
